About Us
Gemini Solutions was founded by Marie Corcoran who has a career spanning over thirty years in Human Resources.
Marie worked with Impact Union for several years where during this time she was a Ministerial Appointee to the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
Following this, she held the positions of Deputy Director of Human Resources in the South Eastern Health Board and Director of Human Resources for the Mid Western Health Board.
In 2002, after graduating in Mediation Studies from UCD, she set up Gemini Solutions where her clients have included

In 2004, Marie was a member of a Ministerial Appointed Expert Group examining the state’s response to bullying and harassment in the workplace and proposing process and legislative change to address deficits. The group was also charged with assessing the stress ensuing from bullying and harassment in the workplace and its impact on the individual and the organisation. “The Report of the Expert Advisory Group on Workplace Bullying” was published in July 2005.
Marie is also a member of the Lay Panel of the Mental Health Commission Tribunals, which promotes high standards in the delivery of mental health services and ensures the interests of those involuntarily admitted to Approved Centres are protected.
